, I think you also raise the important qusotien of whether the response to the overwhelming awareness of KONY2012 will lead to policies which do little but look like they are doing something ie. address the fervour but little more. My feeling is that the 100 US troops that are in Uganda in an advisory capacity was precisely the result wanting to be seen to be doing something both on the part of the Obama administration and the Government of Uganda.
